Pa Gen Priyè Ki Pa Gen Amèn (Without Prayer There's No Amen)

This beautiful quilt is echo-quilted throughout the central design, a hallmark of the best Haitian quilt designs. A completely original composition, it was made entirely by Marielle Loge whose work is featured in the exhibition "Patience to Raise the Sun."
Quilt is signed on the front along with the title written in Creole. Label on the back includes title, date and artist.
